Archer

I recently started watching the television show "Archer". This animated tv show follows a secret government agent named Sterling Archer while he completes missions for the agency "ISIS" which he works for. This show is full of adult humor and hilarious innuendos. If you are a fan of southpark and other mildly inappropriate comedies, you will probably love this show. There are many great one liners such as "After the war we were snatching up kraut scientists like hotcakes... you dont believe me? Walk into NASA some time and yell Heil Hitler and whoop! they all jump straight up!".

I would have to say my favorite character in this show (other than Archer) is Dr. Krieger, a German scientist working for ISIS. He is always seen working on extremely funny experiments like testing a bullet proof vest on a co-worker (which fails).

This show can be watched on sites like netflix, or tehcake.com.

Sony SRS-M50 Portable Speakers

Usually I don't like to advertise products, but for these speakers I had to make an exception. The Sony SRS-M50 speakers are small, but have a loud bark. The speakers are powered by either an AC adapter (included) or 3 AAA batteries (not included). I was surprised by the loudness of these things when cranked up to full volume(about that of  average car speakers at a loud volume). While these things aren't exactly sub woofers, the do provide ample bass. these things are perfect for a laptop, mp3 player, or net book if portability is needed. These things usually retail for about $35-$40 on websites like Ebay, however I managed to get a hold of a "secret" woot page that sells these things for $12.99 + $5 shipping ($17.99 total). So if you need some portable speakers that are very loud and have a great amount of bass, these are for you.

Here is the woot link:

Just as a side note, you do have to create a woot account to be able to purchase from their site. This site is trustworthy and I have been shopping from their site for years now. The downside to woot is their shipping can be quite lengthy. It took me almost 2 weeks to get my speakers, but they were well worth the wait.

The IT Crowd

If you appreciate British humor and have a Netflix account, I recommend the show "The IT Crowd". The show is a sitcom and follows a few different characters. There are two IT workers who work in the basement of a high rise, Moss and Roy, which are managed by a woman named Jen, who knows nothing about computers. This show allows you to see the daily lives of these IT workers who have to fix the companies computers (usually accomplished by turning it off and back on). While the show doesn't do well in the plot department, it does have many witty one liners and hilarious situations.

Drugs and Government

It has come to my attention that the government must be using the same thing they are trying to abolish. You guessed it... DRUGS! Every year we spend billions of dollars ($15.1 to be exact) on our "war on drugs". Almost 900,000 individuals are arrested for possession of drugs (90% for just a personal amount). So what does this mean? It means the government is so ridiculously closed minded when it comes to drugs that they are willing to arrest their own citizens all in the name of preserving freedom, or some other ridiculous BS excuse. Our prisons are filled with these so called "criminals" who choose to use a drug. It is a widely known fact that marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol. You cant overdose or get physically addicted. It is natural for someone who knows this to question the governments policy on marijuana, but they usually have their heads too far up their asses to notice someone is talking to them. I feel that informing citizens about facts on illegal drugs is the first step, so I have included a few links.
