Drugs and Government

It has come to my attention that the government must be using the same thing they are trying to abolish. You guessed it... DRUGS! Every year we spend billions of dollars ($15.1 to be exact) on our "war on drugs". Almost 900,000 individuals are arrested for possession of drugs (90% for just a personal amount). So what does this mean? It means the government is so ridiculously closed minded when it comes to drugs that they are willing to arrest their own citizens all in the name of preserving freedom, or some other ridiculous BS excuse. Our prisons are filled with these so called "criminals" who choose to use a drug. It is a widely known fact that marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol. You cant overdose or get physically addicted. It is natural for someone who knows this to question the governments policy on marijuana, but they usually have their heads too far up their asses to notice someone is talking to them. I feel that informing citizens about facts on illegal drugs is the first step, so I have included a few links.

  1. Ive had other sources tell me that governments bring drugs into the country just to make money, because even when they arrest people, they make money.

  3. I personally don't smoke weed all that much, but I have no idea why its illegal I mean honestly I prefer it to alcohol. Can't get a fucking hangover and it doesnt make you feel like shit. There's a lot of things our government could do with some of that money, like schools...
